Title to goods remains with Joshua Collective Ltd until full payment is received and cleared. Order minimums and maximums apply per product line and are detailed in our official trade catalogue, available upon request. All agreements are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to UK courts for dispute resolution.
